The public entrance to Consular/Visa section is located on Pumpura iela and is closed from 12.30 daily. Any British citizen requiring consular assistance during afternoon hours should report to the main entrance. British citizens requiring assistance outside of normal working hours should call the main number (+00 371 6777 4700) and will be redirected to relevant contact numbers.

Until further notice, visitors (except consular emergency cases) will be admitted by prior appointment only. We request that all visitors leave their mobile telephones and electronic equipment at the guardhouse on entry. Please also inform us if you suffer from any mobility disorder.
