Our Ambassador

The British Ambassador to Latvia, Mr Andrew Soper, presented his credentials to His Excellency the President of the Republic of Latvia Valdis Zatlers at an official ceremony at Riga Castle on 11 May, 2010.

Andrew Soper joined the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in 1985. His previous postings have included Mexico, USA, Brazil, Mozambique.
